These terms explain what NUppel provides, what responsibilities we expect from you, and the conditions that apply when you access or use the platform.

You keep ownership of your content

Text, images, brand assets, and other materials you upload remain yours. NUppel only uses them as needed to operate the service.

AI output should be reviewed

NUppel can generate copy, visuals, and website recommendations, but you should review them before publishing or relying on them.

Paid plans may auto-renew

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in time.

Domains and third parties have extra rules

Domain registration, payment processing, and some integrations rely on third-party providers and may be subject to their own terms.

1. Scope of these terms

This document is the main agreement governing your access to and use of NUppel.

These Terms of Service apply to the NUppel website, AI website builder, editor, studio, blog tools, appointment and lead management features, hosting, custom domain services, and related product surfaces.

By browsing the platform, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use NUppel.

2. Accounts, age, and authority

You may only create an account for yourself or for a business you are authorized to represent.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
  • If you are under 18, you may only use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
  • If you act on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

NUppel offers an AI-supported platform that helps businesses create and manage digital presence faster.

Our services may include AI website generation, editing and publishing tools, AI assistants, creative studio features, blog creation, appointment and lead management, hosting, and domain connection tools.

Certain features may vary based on your plan, region, active integrations, or product availability. We may improve, reposition, or update services over time.

4. Account security and user responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the platform lawfully.

  • You must not share account access in ways that create unauthorized use or abuse.
  • You may not use the platform to harm others, commit fraud, or gain unauthorized access.
  • You should notify us promptly if you become aware of suspicious account activity.
  • You remain responsible for the legality of the content you publish using the platform.

NUppel does not allow unlawful activity or conduct that threatens platform safety or integrity.

  • Spam, phishing, malware distribution, deceptive behavior, and unauthorized data harvesting are prohibited.
  • You may not scrape, benchmark, reverse engineer, or systematically abuse the service for competitive analysis.
  • You may not misuse AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or clearly abusive content.
  • You may not upload or publish content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.

Important

Violations may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Your content, ownership, and license

Your uploaded content, brand assets, and site materials remain yours.

NUppel processes your content only as needed to provide, host, optimize, back up, and publish the service on your behalf.

Any license you grant to NUppel is limited to what is necessary to operate the platform and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

  • Website text, images, blog posts, uploaded media, and other materials remain your property.
  • We may create temporary technical copies or backups as part of normal platform operations.
  • Some data may be retained for limited recovery windows, fraud prevention, or legal compliance after account closure.

7. AI output and review responsibility

AI-generated output is assistive and should be reviewed before you rely on it or publish it.

NUppel may generate website copy, layout suggestions, blog drafts, creative assets, and related recommendations through AI systems. Those outputs are automated and may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing it or using it in business, legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive contexts.

AI output does not replace professional advice. Human review is required for critical decisions and regulated use cases.

billing

8. Plans, pricing, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are provided for the subscription term you choose and may renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Your plan features and limits are defined by the plan details presented to you at the time of purchase.
  • Monthly or yearly subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Taxes, exchange rates, and certain third-party charges may vary depending on location or provider.
  • If payment cannot be collected, some services may be restricted, downgraded, or suspended.

Refund, cancellation, and invoicing rules may also be subject to separate policy pages or checkout disclosures.

9. Domains, third parties, and integrations

Domains, payments, and some connected tools rely on third-party providers.

Custom domain connection, domain registration, payment processing, analytics, and other linked tools may be subject to separate third-party terms and technical requirements.

When you choose to use third-party services with NUppel, you may also need to accept those providers' own terms and privacy practices.

If you connect an Instagram or TikTok account in Studio, NUppel publishes only the posts you create, approve, or schedule. You are responsible for that content and for following each platform's rules; platform limits or reviews may delay or reject a post.

Domain / third party

Domain registration and transfer rules are governed in part by registrars and registry operators, and refunds may not be available in every scenario.

10. Service changes, downtime, and maintenance

We may change the service as part of normal product development, maintenance, or security work.

  • Features may be added, removed, improved, or moved across plans over time.
  • Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, infrastructure work, or security response.
  • Where reasonable, we will try to communicate significant changes or interruptions in advance.

11. Suspension or termination

We may limit or terminate access if your use creates risk, breaks these terms, or harms the platform.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.

You may also stop using NUppel or request account closure at any time, subject to billing obligations, retention periods, and third-party registration rules that may still apply.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

NUppel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every intended use.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed or limited.

13. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

NUppel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, to the extent allowed by law.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, NUppel's total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the prior 12 months.
